1. Delivery & Returns

- International Orders: 7–14 business days
We accept returns and exchanges on standard-sized items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Because each custom piece is handmade specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. If you experience a sizing or quality issue, please contact us, and we will assist you.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
2. Quality & Materials
We use premium, high-quality fabrics chosen for their durability, elegance, and comfort. Each piece is crafted to provide a luxurious feel and a flattering fit.
