1. Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take?
Since our garments are custom-made and crafted per order, production takes up to 2 weeks. Once completed, shipping times are:
  • Local Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days
 
Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns and exchanges on standard-sized items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Are custom orders refundable?

Because each custom piece is handmade specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. If you experience a sizing or quality issue, please contact us, and we will assist you.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

What fabrics do you use?

We use premium, high-quality fabrics chosen for their durability, elegance, and comfort. Each piece is crafted to provide a luxurious feel and a flattering fit.

How do I care for my garment?

Care instructions are provided with each piece, but we generally recommend hand washing to preserve the fabric and craftsmanship. Avoid harsh detergents and high heat.
